Earlier today some users reported trouble when logging into A2Z events.
Users whose accounts were created prior to June of 2018 reported they were unable to access the A2Z Global Admin. Our team was able to quickly isolate the issue, which was related to a recently deployed security update impacting only this group of users.
This issue has since been resolved and access for all users has been restored. The outage was reported August 19, 2020 from approximately 11:24 EST to 12:04 EST.
